About Kids Yoga

Children will be safely guided through an eight-week yoga session. 

Classes are 45 minutes each. Mats are provided but children are welcome to bring their own if preferred.

Children will discover yoga through:

  • yoga poses with and without music

  • breathing exercises

  • rest and relaxation

  • games and stories

  • peace-inspired projects/crafts
