About Chair Yoga
Beneficial to office workers and seniors especially, Chair Yoga offers relaxation and improved circulation. It can also help reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure, protect joints, and build strength and balance.
Ashley completed her Chair Yoga Teacher Certification with Michael Hutkins Yoga. Her classes are centred on making the breath the anchor for all poses, and each pose is done slowly with the intention to focus in.
